Disembarkation day: how the pickup works
- Book with your ship’s name and arrival date. We check which terminal (Cruise Terminal 1 or 2) your ship uses and plan the driver’s arrival around it.
- Tell us your disembarkation group time if you have it. Ships usually start letting passengers off early in the morning in timed groups.

- If the ship is late or disembarkation is slow, the driver waits. The fare stays the same.
Catching a flight after your cruise
Many passengers fly home the same day. Plan backwards from the flight:
