1. Bookings
All bookings must be made online, by phone, or by email, and are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us. Please ensure all pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information provided are accurate.
2. Pricing and Payment
Fares quoted at the time of booking are fixed unless the pickup or drop-off location, waiting time, or vehicle type changes. Payment can be made online in advance or directly to the driver, depending on the option selected at booking.
3. Driver and Vehicle Standards
All our drivers are licensed and vehicles are regularly inspected to meet UK private hire regulations. We aim to provide a punctual, safe, and comfortable journey on every trip.
4. Waiting Times
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and include a complimentary waiting period. Additional waiting time beyond the included period may incur extra charges, communicated to you in advance where possible.
5. Luggage
Please inform us of any unusual luggage requirements at the time of booking so we can allocate an appropriately sized vehicle.
6. Liability
While we take every care to ensure a safe and timely service, Onward Travel Solutions is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or airport delays.
