We understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and amendments are handled for bookings made with Onward Travel Solutions.
1. Free Cancellation Window
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge, with a full refund if payment was taken in advance.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, as our driver may already be allocated to your journey.
3. No-Shows
If a driver arrives at the agreed pickup location and waits beyond the included complimentary waiting time without contact from the passenger, this will be treated as a no-show and the full fare may be charged.
4. Amendments
If you need to change your pickup time, location, or vehicle type, please contact us as early as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may affect the quoted fare.
5. Flight Delays
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge, provided flight details were supplied at the time of booking.
6. How to Cancel or Amend
You can cancel or amend a booking by contacting us directly by phone or email using the details on our Contact page, quoting your booking reference.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
