Our fixed fare from Heathrow to Crawley is £84 in a saloon, from any terminal. The drive is about 42 miles, round the M25 and down the M23, and the price includes the airport parking and drop-off fee.
Crawley has Gatwick on its doorstep, so a Heathrow arrival usually means a long-haul flight Gatwick does not offer, or a cheaper fare that was worth the longer trip home. Either way, you are likely to land tired and with a lot of luggage. This page is about getting that last leg right.

Fares from Terminal 5 to Crawley station, from our booking system in October 2026. Cars and minivans cost the same from Terminals 2, 3 and 4; from Terminal 3 the minibuses are £329 and £387. Three Bridges, Pound Hill, Maidenbower, Ifield, Broadfield and Tilgate addresses can be priced exactly in the booking form.
Coming home from a long-haul trip
Long-haul luggage is the main thing to plan for. A saloon takes three suitcases. Two people with two cases each need the estate (£97), and a family of four with long-haul bags is better in the people carrier (£112, 5 cases) or the 8-seater (£125, 8 cases). The 8-seater is only £13 more than the people carrier.
By public transport, Heathrow to Crawley usually means a coach to Gatwick or a train through London, then another leg home. After a night flight, a car to your door saves a lot of effort.
Landing at Heathrow
Heathrow does not allow pick-ups on its terminal forecourts. Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name board instead, and meet and greet is included on our Heathrow transfers. We follow your flight number, so an early or late landing is covered, and you have 60 minutes of free waiting from touchdown. Passport queues after a busy morning wave of long-haul arrivals can be slow; the hour is there for that.
If you are landing at Terminal 3, see our Heathrow Terminal 3 taxi page for how that terminal works.
You can check your flight on the official Heathrow arrivals board.
Which Heathrow terminal?
The fare is the same from every terminal for cars and minivans. British Airways uses Terminal 5 for most flights; Virgin Atlantic, Delta, American Airlines and Emirates use Terminal 3. Your booking confirmation shows the terminal.
Traffic on the way home
The route is the M25 anticlockwise from Heathrow and the M23 south. The M25 between the M4 and the M23 is busy at most times of day. Our fare is fixed, so a slow journey costs you nothing extra.
Booking for a long-haul arrival
If you are booking for someone arriving from a long-haul flight:
- Put the traveller’s name and mobile number in the booking, because that is what goes on the name board.
- Add the flight number, not just the landing time, so we follow the actual flight.
- Count the cases properly. Long-haul travellers often have two large cases each.
